Letter to the President

Dear Mr. Duterte, 

A pleasant morning to you Mr. President. It's an honor writing this letter to the most powerful official in the country, but first let me introduce myself. I am NOVELLE ANGELENE TACOD, a grade 10 student of 10-Markov at Ilocos Sur National High School, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

    

I am writing this letter for the welfare of the whole studentry. It's only a week from now that the school administration implemented the shifting of classes here and it's a burden especially us students that we go home late at 7:00 P.M. and to those have no vehicle that they are forced to have a higher fare in going home. So with that Mr. President, I wish we should have more school buildings and more teachers in Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS). So that our schedule will venture it's normal time. 

In behalf of the students of Ilocos Sur National High School we wish you also the best of health, so that you can serve the people. Thank you Mr. President and we are anticipating your response to our request.
